Elena was very welcoming and professional when I walked in, and when I was having trouble deciding on which ring to buy, she went through multiple dif...ferent rings with me to help me decide on the best one. She was very generous and brought me coffee, biscuits, and chocolcates to make me feel more comfortable, brought out different diamond samples to help me pick and was very fast and efficient. 10/10 recommend.

We are very happy with our rings and the whole staff specially with Jan, super attentive and follow up through all the process. Just as feedback one i...mprovement can be to have ring sizers with more width, that are closer to the actual ring’s width, cause the ones I tried were too thin and easy to put in and take out which differs very much from the real ring. This can potentially reduce resizing orders and time specially for people like me that do not wear rings at all on a daily basis.

I went there feeling overwhelmed by trying to choose an engagement ring. Carl was incredibly welcoming, very professional and knowledgeable. He helped... me feel a lot calmer and patiently talked me through all the different aspects there was to think about. He explained more traditional and classic styles but was equally excited when I was drawn to less traditional styles. I had a date planned which didn't leave much time for the ring to be delivered but Carl did what he could to get it done and offered a stand-in ring for the actual proposal. Thankfully everything fell into place and I was able to pick up the ring before the date. As soon as it had come in I was contacted and booked an appointment immediately. Five stars for service, knowledge, customer interaction, communication, presentations. The ring is beautiful! My fiancee loves it! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Carl

We purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands at Diamonds Factory, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had very specific req...uirements, and Diamonds Factory’s collection was the best we found. One of our wedding bands was even custom-made through a bespoke design process. After several consultation appointments at the Amsterdam store, we felt confident placing our orders. Our sales associate, Shejal, had an incredible eye for detail and was kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Manufacturing and delivery take approximately 3–4 weeks, which was no issue with proper planning. When my ring was finished, it needed resizing due to my own sizing mistake, and this was handled smoothly, and free of charge. We visited the store multiple times and always felt welcome, never rushed. Overall, it was a very positive and pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend Diamonds Factory.

She was non pushy, friendly and happy to answer all the questions we had and find the best ring to suit our budget and needs. She showed us lots of ring styles and I was able to try them all on which was very important because some shapes looked nice on photos but didn’t suit my hand. We didn’t buy it in store but communicated over WhatsApp later and purchased the ring online and had it delivered securely. Tabitha was able to help us with the whole process from start to finish and the ring arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic. Overall our experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend ????

The worst experience I’ve ever had. We booked an appointment and Elena couldn’t find it in the computer at the beginning. Her attitude is ...very bad, impatient and very unfriendly. She didn’t want to show different types of diamonds. You need to show her screenshots of diamonds first so she then show you. I’d like to know her professional opinion but none. Very little information I got from her. Never come back again.

Well, this November my fiancé and I started visiting some diamond stores in search of a wedding ring. It was the first time I had such a bad ex...perience like the one I had at this store. Last week, we went to the store, and when we tried to enter, we found out it was necessary to make an appointment to be assisted, which was fine! We booked an appointment and came back today, a week later. We were assisted by the same guy from the previous week. A guy who had absolutely no willingness to help us, let alone sell anything. We brought photos of the rings from your store’s website and, to our surprise, almost none of them were available for us to see in person. The salesperson made no effort to show us the rings that were available. He looked at the ones we showed him and simply said, “we don’t have that one.” And that was it! He didn’t have it, and he also didn’t bother to suggest what they did have. As a salesperson myself, I would say: “Unfortunately we don’t have that one available, but I can show you some similar ones and also the ones we currently have in stock.” After a lot of insistence, he showed us a few rings (with no enthusiasm whatsoever). He wasn’t even interested in knowing my ring size so I could see how the ring would actually look on my hand. My ring size is 52, and he showed me a ring in size 61. I honestly think it was really to keep us from buying anything. When we asked what type of gold and diamond the ring we were trying on had, he said that the display pieces were fake. Nothing we tried on was real. I believe that when someone wants to buy a diamond, they want to see the diamond, not a piece of crystal or zirconia. This was the first diamond store we visited, and we were faced with this situation. In other words, it is not worth wasting your time going to the store just to be poorly treated and to find almost nothing available to see and the few items they do have are fake display samples. It’s honestly better to look at the rings on the website, where you have all the information, since at the physical store you practically have to beg for them to show you a huge ring that doesn’t even fit your finger

Shortly after our engagement we walked around Paris, we found this jewellery store, and we thought to ask them to see if the engagement ring I got for... my fiancé in Germany was indeed a real diamond. They welcomed us in and did a analysis of the stone totally free of charge. Very friendly and great costumer service. Can highly recommend this store and their employees!

They have good prices, they have a customer support, but this ring was send back 2 times, one was normal resizing. But after resizing the ring was de...formed, therefore customer support was brilliant and offer us to make a new ring, which was great. But this is what happen one month ago, my fiancée was at the airport and the diamond felt.... Luckily, it felt on the luggage tray and she realize it, but i do not want to even think what would happen if she did not notice, as you can imagine the diamond is the more expensive. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of their job, i am pretty sure that the customer support would offer me to send it back and get an other one, but this already the second time, and we prefer to bring it to a proper jewelry in order to avoid loosing the diamond... Sad experience, specially when you put the price for it, and also as this should be a cheerful event, and not anger or frustration. Again the price of the diamond is really fair, but the quality of the manufacture is not there.....
